Why coal crusher (coal mill) is necessary

And another reason is that most of the coal used in the chemical industries is pulverized coal. And as the fuel the coal should be crushed so that it can fully burn . So coal mill is necessary for the coal processing.

Coal mill Application (Coal Crushing Process)

Coal crushing has two systems: Open loop crushing system and closed loop crushing system. Vibrating screen makes the closed loop crushing system efficient. The non-standard coal is selected by the vibrating screen and sent to the coal crushers. So closed loop crushing system is more widely used in the coal crushing industry.

The primary scale crushing is done by primary coal crusher. Usually jaw crusher or jc series jaw crusher is suitable. Of course vibrating feeder can make the coal crushing plant work steadily. At last the vibrating screen help pick out the standard sized coal.

If the primary crushing can't meet your need on the size of coal, cone crusher or impact crusher could be added into the coal crushing plant. This is the fine crushing plant.

Ball mill and other coal mills are widely used in the process of coal crushing for sufficient burning or homogeneous chemical reaction in the chemical industry.
